Diet???
This refers to limiting eating so as not to gain weight for beauty and health. Losing weight can be done by reducing calorie intake or by increasing calorie consumption. If the total calorie consumption is greater than the amount consumed, the weight is reduced. Loss of body fat is directly proportional to lack of calories. Lack of calories can also cause weight loss in a short period of time. It takes exercise as well as a low-calorie diet to get rid of body fat.
Some of the most common fasting methods are complete fasting, super-low-calorie diets (denmark diets, enzyme diets, resin needles), and low-calorie diets. Fully fasting is a raw form of diet, which is usually performed at a fasting station, and is not a good way to cause excessive loss of body fat (other than muscle and other fat). Fully fasted foods have side effects that reduce helplessness and motor tolerance.
As metabolic problems arise with super-low calorie diets (less than 600 kcal a day), it is recommended to do so under the supervision of a professional doctor. It's not an appropriate way of diet for pregnant women, senior citizens and under-18s. Low calorie diets (800-1200 kcal per day) have the effect of loss of fat tissue and significant metabolism, but it is not recommended to start without the doctor's instructions. It is a suitable method for obese patients with high blood pressure or people with hyperlipidemia.
A balanced diet of more than 1,200 kilocalories per day causes weight loss for most people. Each individual shall be properly adjusted and performed under the supervision of the physician. It is important to increase physical activity (e.g. aerobics, jogging, walking, badminton, etc.) along with fasting. Planning diet, physical activity and behavioral changes are important to maintain a long-term weight loss.
