One. Drink ice cold water!

And also ice cold water is so much more refreshing than water that’s normal temperature. 



Two. Replace sodas and sugary drinks with water!

Dump the sodas and juice and replace them with water to encourage you lose weight. If you consider water tastes boring, include a slice of lemon or other fruits. Especially a glass of water with lemon is a method for wealthy weight loss because the pectin in lemons supports reduce food cravings. Guess water doesn’t actually help with weight loss?
